Our Vision

With over 25 years of small to mid-sized residential and commercial projects in many different trades, we have now come forth with Equity Developments - the commencement of larger scale projects. 

We specialize in infills - asbestos abatement, demolition, excavation, construction, full property development. We focus on income generating projects with the objective to meet retirement needs for our clients, diversify portfolios and create a project deliverable that will generate passive income as an investment. We generate equity building solutions through rental income project redevelopment. Our business benefits are turn key, and we aim for a monthly financial surplus at completion turnover. 

Our parent company Converse Consulting International Inc. has been continually serving operations for three major contracts for many years. Although the vision was created and lead by one, the birth of Equity Developments was due to the evolution of the growing business experience, capabilities, and service offerings of all of its affiliates and trades men and women contributing with dedication and commitment.
